[ Neat, concise, practical penmanship. Erwin does quite a lot of writing. ]
I would like to extend my thanks to those so quick to help newcomers. It is very much appreciated. Though I believe I am fairly well informed at this point, I have a few more specific questions:
Lastly: I ask that Jean Kirstein and Marco Bott contact me as soon as possible.
[ action ]
[ Erwin's been in Luceti only a few days, but he'd memorized the layout of the village on the first. Food, clothing, weapons--he knows where to find these things, and he's been noting all of the smaller shops besides. He's far from content, but he is adapting, though still on high alert. He is well aware already that there is little he will be able to do immediately. But he can prepare to do more, and that is precisely what he is planning on.
He can be found at the smithy looking at weapons, at the grocery store (Levi wants non-perishables, wants to stock up), sitting outside looking through his journal--green cape around his shoulders, hiding his wings with more wings--or just about anywhere else by appointment. ]
[ warning: there will likely be spoilers for recent attack on titan manga chapters in castmembers' threads. while we won't drop spoilers on someone unrelated, if you're reading along, beware! ]

I would like to extend my thanks to those so quick to help newcomers. It is very much appreciated. Though I believe I am fairly well informed at this point, I have a few more specific questions:
- Have you ever been drafted for service in the war? Volunteered for it? If so, what was asked of you?
- How frequently are you and/or those you know taken in for experimentation? If you have first-hand experience with this, do you recall what happened?
- Based on your experiences in Luceti, what is your personal opinion of the Malnosso?
Lastly: I ask that Jean Kirstein and Marco Bott contact me as soon as possible.

[Action]
[Ginia waves lightly at the weapons on the wall. All of them were recreations from the settings in the Battle Dome system. Was it possible the Battle Dome drew information from the population, choosing locations, enemies, and weapons that would be familiar to the users? It would be a smart system and if that were the case, recreating a 3DMG wouldn't be difficult.]
/But I'm in no rush. I would prefer seeing the real thing anyway. I'll be gentle, of course./
[Action]
[ He gives the arrayed weapons another cursory glance. All creations of the Battle Dome, are they? ]
Though I would be interested to see if the Battle Dome were capable of replicating it. I've heard that it can create nearly any scenario desired.
[Action]
[She glances at a clock placed above the door.]
/This scenario is going to end soon anyway. Each one only lasts for an hour before it ends, though you can easily reactivate it outside./
[Action]
I have time. [ It feels strange to say, and know that it is true. Normally he is pressed for time; the Titans wait for no one. ] And I would like to see the controls.
[Action]
She miss it in a way. Being at the top of her game, feeling alive.
Ginia removes the rings and clips them back into the bracelet. The moment the scenario ends they would disappear off her fingers and it's a disconcerting feeling. A reminder that the most realistic bit of fiction is still fake and it's dangerous getting caught up in memories and fake realities.
It's why she also leaves the room before the scenario ends. Better to leave and keep the image fresh in her mind than watch it fade back into an empty steel room. Erwin is free to stay, watch everything fade away to nothing, or follow after her and meet her at the console.]
[Action]
This time he lingers closer to Ginia at the console, observing again what she does with it. Levi had told him Jean had mentioned the Battle Dome. If someone else from his world can learn to use it, he certainly can as well.
If he is to attempt to recreate the 3DMG for Ginia to look at, he supposes he should enter whatever is needed himself. He'll wait for Ginia to indicate that he should take over, or show him what to do. ]
[Action]
Ginia pauses to write out a message on a small notepad, her writing fast and tidy as always.]
I find the easiest way to create a place is to start with a premade environment and then begin adding things in.
[Ginia gives Erwin time to read the message before she presses the menu for premade environment. The menu opens up a list of environments already made, an image of the setting appearing on the left.]
Why don't you pick a setting that works? From where I'll show you had to add things in.
((ooc: All of this is my personal headcanon there isn't a standard description of what the Battle Dome console looks like. As far as I know.))
[Action]
This should do.
[ Reaching over, he selects an environment depicting a deciduous forest that looks familiar enough.
He's curious as the process of adding things from one's own memory. To have standard environments is one thing; to be able to perfectly recreate something unique to his own world is another. ]
(( ooc: no worries! it's more than good enough for me. c: ))
[Action]
Pressing any of the buttons will pull up a list of things already in the system. I'm inclined to believe the lists include things that are common in worlds represented by the present population. You can also create your own items, enemies, weapons, and environments under custom settings, though that takes a bit more work and trial and error.
[Action]
I see. What a convenient system.
[ There is a list--a long one--on the next screen, alphabetized by the name of the weapon in question with a corresponding picture beside it. He scrolls patiently down the list until he finds what looks to be a convincing replica of the 3DMG. He presses down on it. ]
That should be all we need.
[Action]
Looks good. Once you press enter and accept the settings for the room, you get an hour. After that, the program automatically ends itself, though it'll allow you to restart it from the console.
Also there are settings in place to prevent serious injury and/or death. It's possible to make adjustments to change the safety features, but not to the point where a simulation could kill you.
